All orders are printed and shipped directly from our production partners to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

📦 Processing Time

As items are made to order, please allow:
2–5 working days for production and quality checks before your order is dispatched.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.) — we’ll notify you if there are any delays.

• Standard Shipping: £2.99 | Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Express Shipping: £4.99 | Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch

• Free Shipping: FREE on all orders over £50

🇪🇺 Europe

• Standard Shipping: £5.99 | Estimated 5–10 working days after dispatch

🌍 Rest of the World

• Standard Shipping: £7.99 | Estimated 10–20 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, customs, or public holidays.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.

📋 Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the UK:

• Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in the product or shipping price.

• We cannot mark orders as “gifts” or alter invoice values to avoid customs charges — this is against international regulations.

 

❌ Failed Delivery / Lost Parcels

• If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for paying re‑shipping costs.

• If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we will resend your order or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
