## How It Works
All items at JABHaus are custom‑made and printed to order. We work with trusted production partners including Printify, Gelato, and Tapstitch to create and ship your order directly to you. Because each item is made individually, delivery times are slightly longer than standard ready‑made goods.

## Production Time
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it takes **2–5 business days** to print, quality‑check, and pack your items. This time does not include delivery transit time.

## Estimated Delivery Times
All times are estimates and start *after production is complete*:
- 🇬🇧 **United Kingdom**: 2–4 working days
- 🇪🇺 **Europe**: 5–10 working days
- 🇺🇸🇨🇦 **USA & Canada**: 7–14 working days
- 🌍 **Rest of World**: 10–20 working days

*Please note: Delays can happen during busy periods, holidays, or due to courier, customs, or weather issues outside our control.*

## Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order:
- UK standard shipping: from **£3.99**
- **Free UK shipping** on all orders over **£50**
- International shipping rates are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

## Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with a full tracking number and link so you can follow your package.

## Split Shipping
If you order items from different production partners, they may be shipped separately from different locations — you may receive more than one package, each with its own tracking number.

## Important Information
- We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Once the item is handed to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
- If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local post office or neighbours, then contact us within 14 days.
